Then cut off the periodontal ligament and spongy bone by swing .

Main Structure & Performance:
1. The size of the miniature dental tappet shall meet the requirements of YY/T 0170.1 Medical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China.
2. The head of the micro rack shall be heat treated and its Rockwell hardness shall conform to 48-52HRC.
3. Securely connected and stretched: the connection between the head and the handle of the connecting micro tappet shall be firm. When the axial load reaches 1000N, it lasts for 5s, and there is no looseness at the connection
Phenomenon. Torque: The connection between the head and the handle of the connecting miniature dental tappet shall be firm. When the torque of 500N · cm is applied axially, the torque lasts for 5s, and there is no dislocation of the marking line at the connection.
4. The value of surface roughness parameter Ra of micro tappet head is bright Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m. No light Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m.
5. The micro rack shall have good corrosion resistance, and its surface state after the test shall not be lower than the requirement of Grade 5.4b in YY/T 0149-2006.
6. The micro gripper shall have good resistance to pressure steam, and its surface state after the test shall not be lower than the requirement of Grade 5.4b in YY/T0149-2006.
7. The micro rack shall have good heat resistance, and its surface state after the test shall not be lower than the requirement of level 5.4b in N/T0149-2006.
8. The micro jaw of hollow handle shall have good leak resistance, and there shall be no bubble on the handle surface during the test.
9. The micro tappet surface shall be flat without sharp edges, burrs and cracks, the head end shall be slightly sharp, and the edge lines of the edge surface shall be clear.

Disinfection Method:
1. This product is not sterile. Please disinfect it before use, and it can be reused after disinfection .
2.---Soak with multi enzyme cleaning solution,
The instrument was not disinfected in time after use and the blood stain remained on the surface for a long time,
Or the stain is dry,
The ratio of disinfectant to clean water is 1:100,
Soak for 15 to 30 minutes ;
---Disinfect the instrument immediately after use,
The ratio of disinfectant to clean water is 1:300,
Soak for 3-5 minutes ;
---After soaking, clean it with clean water,
Drain or dry the instrument until no water remains on the surface,
Then put the instrument into the sterilization bag and vacuum it,
Then put it into the sterilizer for disinfection,
At 134 ℃ - 138 ℃
The disinfection time is about 25-30 minutes,
Take it out after the temperature of the instrument decreases .
