My name is Nia and  I have worked in the dental industry for 20 plus years as an expanded function dental assistant.  As an EFDA I have developed the following skills:

• Communication- effectively educating the patient about dental procedures

• Organization -managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, setting goals and developing systems for achieving those goals.

• Ordering -supplies from Henry Schein, Patterson, Kerr, 

• Budgeting - developing a spending plan that takes into account estimated current and future income and expenses for a specified time period, 

• Auditing Dental Code-comprehend the dental radiographs and make sure that the dental notes and code correlated.

In addition to this I received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration on October 18, 2008.
